Please be aware that the Friday morning workout at the Fairgrounds is being limited to Level 9 and 10 only! We would like for everyone that can to limit level 7's to workouts at Gym406. The Thursday morning competition gym session is over full so if your Level 7's can use the Gym406 gym it would be greatly appreciated!
